Dallas–Fort Worth DFW car rental rules: age, debit, deposit and pickup

Dallas Fort Worth’s Rental Car Center is near the airport’s south entrance, separate from the terminals. A dedicated Rental Car shuttle serves arriving and departing passengers.

1. After collecting luggage, follow Rental Car signs to the designated pickup area on your terminal’s lower level.
2. Board the Rental Car shuttle to the center at 2424 E. 38th Street.
3. After returning the car, board the Rental Car shuttle for your departure terminal.

  Texas motor vehicle gross rental receipts tax: 10% of the rental (Tex. Tax Code § 152.026).

  10% applies to rentals of 30 days or less.
