New Orleans MSY car rental rules: age, debit, deposit and pickup

New Orleans’ Rental Car Center is on Rental Boulevard and requires a shuttle from the passenger terminal. The airport estimates a 15–20 minute drive to the facility.

1. Exit the terminal from Level 1 Baggage Claim and walk toward the adjacent Long Term Parking Garage.
2. Board the MSY Rental Car Lot Shuttle from in front of that garage.
3. Allow for the shuttle journey and confirm your company’s operating hours before a late pickup.
