Minneapolis MSP car rental rules: age, debit, deposit and pickup

Minneapolis–Saint Paul has on-airport rental counters at both terminals. Terminal 1 uses the Silver Parking Ramp; Terminal 2 uses the Purple Ramp’s Ground Transportation Center.

1. From Terminal 1, take the underground tram toward the Silver Ramp and follow signs to the ground-level rental area.
2. From Terminal 2, follow signs to the Ground Transportation Center on the Purple Ramp’s ground level, across from the terminal.
3. Check company-specific opening hours, especially at Terminal 2.
