Dulles IAD car rental rules: age, debit, deposit and pickup

Dulles rental companies operate airport lots along Autopilot Drive. Company-operated free shuttles connect those lots with the terminal.

1. From the Terminal Baggage Claim level, exit down the ramp via Doors 2 or 4.
2. Find the rental-car shuttle pickup at Curb 2C or 2D.
3. Check that your rental brand is displayed on the bus; some brands share a shuttle.
