Arlington DCA car rental rules: age, debit, deposit and pickup

Reagan National’s on-airport rental counters are on the first floor of Parking 1. Avis and Budget use separate off-airport branded shuttles.

1. For an on-airport company, follow signs to Parking 1 or board the Rental Car/Parking airport shuttle.
2. The airport shuttle stops at Terminal 1’s middle curb between Doors 1 and 2, and Terminal 2’s first curb near Doors 3 and 8.
3. For Avis or Budget, use the branded shuttle: Terminal 1’s outer curb north of Door 5, or Terminal 2’s first curb at Doors 3 and 8.
