Newark Avis Preferred is on Level 3, above several other brands
Avis lists 132 Carson Road and Level 3 of the rental facility. From Terminal A, cross the skybridge into the garage and take the escalator to Level 3. From B/C, take AirTrain to Terminal A station, follow the parking-garage signs on the right and the roughly five-minute walk to its lobby, then continue up to Level 3.
The Preferred counter is on the left, and Avis publishes 24-hour office operation. Level 2 Enterprise, Alamo and National instructions do not locate this desk; neither does SIXT's first-level arrival route. Retain the supplier-specific floor with the airport's current Terminal A walking route.

Operating entity not publicly established · unclassified · checked 2026-09-05.
The official sources prove the brand's airport presence but do not identify a current airport operating entity.
