Miami Avis keeps counters on Level 4 and cars on Level 2
Follow the terminal Level 3 walkway to MIA Mover and the Rental Car Center's fourth level. Avis places its counter on the right. Local renters also check in on Level 4; vehicle collection is on Level 2, so reaching the counter is only the first part of the pickup.
Return the vehicle on Level 2 and record mileage and fuel. The branch directs renters to leave keys with the unlocked vehicle and go upstairs to Level 4 for a receipt. Its hours table says open 24 hours. This is the Avis procedure, rather than SIXT's third-floor return route in the same Miami facility.
