Budget Atlanta's licensed operator publishes a Fastbreak garage route
The operator lists 2300 Rental Car Center Parkway, phone +1 404-530-3000 and 24-hour operation. Take SkyTrain to the center. Its Fastbreak route bypasses the counter: pass Budget on the left, turn right across the outdoor bridge and continue to the garage monitor.
Budget's national branch page describes choosing a car from the displayed area and a driver's-licence check at the exit. Bypassing the initial counter does not remove the licensed operator's local age, debit, damage-coverage and document conditions. After return, use the second level for SkyTrain; check current booking notices for the page's dated Return Bridge advisory.
