Atlanta Avis publishes a return-bridge construction advisory
Avis lists 2200 Rental Car Center Parkway. Its Domestic Terminal route uses the west-end covered walkway and SkyTrain near MARTA to the Rental Car Center. After returning a car, go to the second level for the SkyTrain back to the terminal.
The office is listed as open 24 hours. During this review the Avis page also carried a Return Bridge construction advisory recommending 30 extra minutes. The source did not establish the closure's end date, so check current booking notices before departure instead of treating the advisory as a permanent airport feature.
