JFK National expressly keeps a representative for 24-hour returns
Take AirTrain to Federal Circle and use the first floor at Building 308. National's arrival directions place its counter on the right. The nearby SIXT branch publishes Building 312, so the Federal Circle station alone does not identify your supplier's desk.
The National policy explicitly says the facility is open 24/7 for returns, with a representative.
